    Product introduction

    "GXF High-efficiency complex crusher is applied to crush material with compression strength not more than 200 MPa. Feeding size can be up to 450-1000 mm, the average discharge size is less than 5-8mm. Widely used in cement plants for fine crushing raw material and clinker, also be used in crushing coal, dolomite, flint clay, lead zinc ore, serpentine, blast furnace slag, coal gangue, phosphate rock and other medium hardness materials in medium and fine crushing."

    The main part of GXF series crusher is the rotor with hammer. The rotor is mainly made up of spindle, the end planes, hammer planes, following set, wear and hammer. The upper part of the counter board is counterattack board, the back part is beat plate and the lower part is sieve plate. Small pieces of material against the hammer are crushed and get kinetic energy from the hammer, then impact the counterattack board and against board with high speed, so these materials can be crushed again. Big parts cannot be crushed at the first time because of its overweight. The hammer beats the material and then holds back, so the materials are on the hammer shelf. The hammer shelf against board forms a friction rupture zone, so the materials can be crushed by the hammer and then goes into the sieve work area. In this area, the particles with smaller size than the size of sieve are out from it and the bigger ones still stay in the sieve and crushed by the hammers till small enough to be out.
